Our Story

Five decades at the corner of the lake.

Clark's started in 1972 as a dusty roadside shop selling bait and penny candy. Three generations later, the bait is gone — but the candy stays, and the kitchen has grown into a destination for crispy fish, golden poutine, and the kind of milkshake that needs two straws.
